Eleven years of

TC Consulting was founded in Trento in 2015 by a group of engineers who believed that complex software, to truly work, requires methodological rigour — not just individual talent. What started as a small team has grown into a 40+ professional organisation specialised in software development, system integration, cloud architectures, and applied artificial intelligence.
Over time, we refined an approach that puts verifiable quality at its core: documented processes, maintainable architectures, systematic code reviews. Today, we've added structured AI adoption as an acceleration tool — not a gadget. This has allowed us to grow alongside our clients on projects ranging from custom management software to multichannel enterprise platforms.
We operate throughout Italy, with our main office in Trento and distributed teams working in a hybrid model on projects that last years, not weeks.

Every project has a dedicated Technical Lead and a quality review process structured across three levels: peer code review, architectural review, and documented acceptance testing.
We don't deliver software and disappear. Every contract includes a structured warranty period, full documentation, and competence transfer to the client's team.
Every engineer on the team dedicates certified time to training in AI, modern architectures, and new technologies. We don't use technologies on client projects that we haven't already mastered internally.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001 are not trophies on a shelf: they are processes that run through every phase of development — from requirements gathering to deployment — with regular audits.
We follow technological evolution in order to apply it to clients' real-world problems. LLMs, AI agents, RAG: these aren't buzzwords in our pitches — they're components we already have in production.
100% renewable energy from the Dolomites for our servers and offices. In 2024, we avoided 3.84 tonnes of CO₂. Sustainability is an operational choice, not a marketing narrative.

ISO 9001 guarantees quality processes certified by a third party. ISO 27001 is the international certification for information security management: essential for clients in healthcare, finance, and public administration.
Since 2022, we've adopted a structured AI-Nativeapproach: artificial intelligence enters every phase of the development cycle — from design to testing — as an operational tool, not a gadget.
Responsible technology
100% renewable energy
Our data centres and offices run entirely on certified renewable energy sources. Our choice of cloud provider takes into account the carbon footprint of the infrastructure.

The cloud-native architectures we design reduce emissions compared to traditional on-premise infrastructure, thanks to resource optimisation and automatic scaling.
Annual ESG reporting
We publish an annual ESG report with environmental, social, and governance metrics. Transparency towards our clients and the communities we serve.
TC Consulting defines and maintains an integrated Corporate Policy for Quality and Information Security. Strategic objectives, commitments to clients and stakeholders, and principles of continuous improvement are documented, reviewed annually, and aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001.
