Your software systems.
Our responsibility.

We take ownership of your application portfolio and become its guarantors: maintenance, technology upgrades, security, and support — all backed by contractual SLAs and monthly reporting. We don't manage PCs, networks, or email. We manage software.

Six areas of responsibility. One contract.

The scope covers your software: management applications, portals, APIs, integrations. All the code that runs your business — not PCs, networks, or email inboxes.

Zero surprises

Governance and reporting

Monthly report on activities, KPIs, incidents, and uptime. Quarterly steering meetings with business stakeholders. Full visibility without having to ask for it.

Application maintenance

Corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary. Bug fixes, updates, and minor enhancements included in the monthly retainer — no separate quote for every intervention.

Multi-tier application support

Tiered P1–P4 ticketing with differentiated SLAs and a dedicated channel. Scope: the software under contract, not general company IT.

Monitoring and alerting

Proactive 24/7 monitoring of availability and performance. Automatic notification to the team before the end user notices a problem.

Security and vulnerability management

Periodic vulnerability assessments, patch management, and active CVE handling. Annual audit with executive report and prioritised remediation plan.

Technology upgrades

Planned upgrades to frameworks, runtimes, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Every release tested in pre-production with guaranteed rollback.

Written commitments, not verbal promises

Every Application Management contract includes a detailed SLA matrix by priority level. Response and resolution times are measured, reported monthly, and contractually binding.

SLAs are reported in the monthly report. In the event of non-compliance, a contractual penalty mechanism is defined during onboarding.

No operational disruption during the handover

The transition is the most delicate moment. Our onboarding process is designed to eliminate risk entirely: systems remain operational, and SLAs only activate once the handover is complete.

1

Initial assessment

Technical audit of the portfolio: architecture, code quality, dependencies, security. Output: a "current state" document defining the scope and intervention priorities.

2

Structured onboarding

2–4 weeks of knowledge transfer with existing stakeholders. Acquisition of business context and known critical issues. No operational impact during the transition.

3

Formal handover

SLA activation, ticketing, monitoring, and alerting go live. Dedicated technical contact assigned. From this point, operational responsibility rests with TC Consulting.

4

Ongoing management

Day-to-day operations with monthly reporting, quarterly steering, and an updated evolutionary roadmap. Proactive escalation on every identified risk.

Onboarding commitments

Valid for every transition, regardless of the technical starting point.

01
Assessment before SLAs

We identify the real technical debt before activating contractual timelines — no surprises after signing.

02
Zero operational disruption

Systems remain live throughout the entire transition. SLAs only activate once the handover is complete.

03
Documentation produced by us

If it doesn't exist, we create it during onboarding. We don't ask the client for it as a prerequisite.

Building an in-house IT team makes sense when IT is your core business

In-house IT management
  • Fixed cost regardless of workload
  • Vacancy and turnover risk: every change disrupts operations
  • Structural skill gaps in security, cloud, AI, and emerging technologies
  • No formal guarantees on response and resolution times
  • Technology upgrades deferred due to lack of time and expertise
TC Consulting Application Management
  • Fixed monthly retainer, predictable and plannable costs
  • Continuity guaranteed: staff turnover is our problem, not yours
  • Multidisciplinary team with AI-Native expertise included
  • Contractual SLAs with penalties: response times are binding
  • Annual technology upgrade plan — scheduled and managed

Included in the standard service

Your systems improve over time — they don't just survive

Intelligent monitoring: Anomalies identified before they impact end users.
Operational automation: Releases, regression testing, reporting, and log analysis, all automated.
AI evolutionary roadmap: Concrete proposals with estimated impact and effort — included in the retainer.

We had three critical applications managed by a single in-house developer. When he left, we found ourselves with no documentation, no knowledge of the systems, and at risk of operational shutdown. TC Consulting took over everything in three weeks, produced the documentation that didn't exist, and since then — two years ago — we haven't had a single critical incident left unresolved within the contractual timeframes.

The model adapts to your situation, not the other way around

From full outsourcing to augmenting your internal team: we define the scope of responsibility together, with clear boundaries and no grey areas.

Staff Augmentation

Your in-house team stays operational. TC Consulting provides specialist professionals alongside them — senior developers, DevOps engineers, AI engineers, architects — for specific projects or to address structural skill gaps.

Recommended

Hybrid model

The most widely chosen option: an internal contact manages business priorities, while TC Consulting handles technical operations with guaranteed SLAs.

01
Internal knowledge preserved

The company contact retains control over priorities and the business relationship.

02
Technical operations outsourced

The depth, binding SLAs, and scalability of a structured team.

Total Application Management

TC Consulting takes full ownership of the entire application portfolio. No internal technical contact required: we manage everything from day-to-day maintenance to the evolutionary roadmap, with full accountability and guaranteed SLAs.

What people ask us before signing

What exactly is meant by "application portfolio"?

Custom management software, web or mobile applications, system integrations, APIs, and user portals. This does not include PCs, networks, email, or physical servers. Every system is inventoried during the initial assessment and contractually included with its specific SLA level.

How does the onboarding phase work and how long does it take?

It takes 2–4 weeks and involves a technical audit, knowledge transfer alongside existing contacts, and a progressive handover. At the end of this phase, we produce a "current state" document that serves as the baseline for the future roadmap. Operations are never disrupted during the transition.

How is billing structured?

A fixed monthly retainer, determined by the scope, SLA level, and team composition. Significant evolutionary activities are quoted separately and approved before proceeding — ensuring zero surprise costs.

Do you also manage systems developed by third-party vendors or in-house teams?

Yes, this is our most common scenario. During the assessment, we evaluate the actual technical state of the systems, produce any missing documentation, and define a stabilisation plan before activating the SLAs. We work with any technology stack.

Can we retain part of our IT expertise in-house?

Yes. Our hybrid model provides an internal contact to manage business priorities, while TC Consulting handles the technical operations. The scope of responsibility is clearly defined in the contract to avoid any grey areas.

What happens if we want to terminate the contract?

We follow a standard notice period and a structured knowledge transfer process: documentation, code handover, and alignment sessions with your new contact. All code and documentation belong entirely to the client — ensuring absolutely no technology lock-in.
